By accessing or using QuoteBench, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
QuoteBench provides a web-based platform for creating structured buyer quote requests, collecting vendor submissions through shared links, and comparing returned pricing in one workspace. The service is provided as-is and is subject to change.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these terms.
Free plans are subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime through your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
You retain all rights to your data. By uploading quote information, you grant QuoteBench a limited license to store and process that data to provide the service. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
You may not use QuoteBench to process data for illegal activities, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse engineer the service, or upload malicious content. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
QuoteBench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Buyers remain responsible for validating vendor pricing, delivery terms, and contract language before making procurement decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteBench is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
